Thank you for choosing IbizaLuxe for your private transfer services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by IbizaLuxe (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking and using our private transfer services, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Provisions
- Service Overview: IbizaLuxe provides private transfer services within and around Ibiza, Spain, including airport transfers, hotel transfers, and other transportation services requested by the client.
- Eligibility: By booking a transfer with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Booking Process
- Reservations: Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. Reservations are subject to availability.
- Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your reservation, subject to availability and payment.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer are non-refundable.
- No-show Policy: If the client is not present at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time, the transfer will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.
- Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the booking (such as time, date, or route) must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Changes are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Fees: All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of reservation.
- Additional Charges: Any additional services (such as extra stops, luggage handling, or waiting time beyond the agreed time) may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Pick-Up Location: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the correct pick-up location is provided at the time of booking. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or extra charges.
- Late or Early Arrivals: Transfers will be arranged based on the flight or specified time provided by the client. If there are delays due to the client’s late arrival or early departure, the client may incur additional charges for waiting time or rescheduling.
- Passenger Conduct: Clients must act respectfully towards the driver and other passengers during the transfer. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or illegal activity, may result in the cancellation of the service without refund.
6. Liability and Indemnity
- Limitation of Liability: IbizaLuxe’s liability is limited to the total cost of the booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or accidents.
- Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured as required by Spanish law. However, passengers are encouraged to have their own travel insurance to cover any personal losses or damages during the transfer.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: By booking a transfer, you consent to the collection of personal data necessary for the completion of the booking, including contact details and payment information.
- Privacy Policy: All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
8. Vehicle Condition and Comfort
- Vehicle Selection: IbizaLuxe will use vehicles that are appropriate for the requested service. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar class and capacity in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Client Satisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied with the vehicle or service, they should notify the driver or contact us immediately to allow for prompt resolution.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Spain.
10. Amendments IbizaLuxe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
